本教会は宗教改革者カルヴァンを父祖とする改革長老教会の伝統に立つプロテスタント教会です。

日本にある約１６５０の教会・伝道所で構成される日本基督教団に属しています。

モルモン教、ものみの塔(エホバの証人）、世界平和統一家庭連合(旧統一教会)とは関係ありません。

Noshiro Church is a Protestant church that stands in the tradition of the Reformed Presbyterian Church, whose father is Calvin, a religious reformer. It belongs to the United Church of Christ in Japan.  The UCCJ is a group of approximately 1,650 churches and places of worship across Japan.
